We’re happy to cater any of your events! We offer full-service espresso bar catering to bring the cafe to your space, as well as coffee and pastry pickup.

What’s included

  • Full-service espresso bar: mobile espresso + matcha service, staffed by Paper Son baristas.
  • We bring the setup: the mobile bar arrives with the La Marzocco espresso machine, grinder, and cups.
  • Pastries: pastries can be part of the event spread, and coffee and pastry pickup is available on its own.
  • Custom coffee catering: tell us about your event in the form below and request custom coffee catering.

How it works

  1. Send the form below with your date, venue, and guest count.
  2. We confirm availability and send pricing — typically fixed rate per hour depending on guest count.
  3. We bring the cafe to your space.

Good to know

  • Guests: we cater events of 25–300 guests.
  • Lead time: book at least two weeks in advance.
  • Service area: San Francisco.
  • Replies: we reply to every inquiry within 3 days.
  • Bigger or smaller than that? We can do more, but it needs a bit more coordination, so it’s by special request.
